Mr.Young replied that on his return from
his interview at the Colonial Office (soms months

6. On the 21st of April 1928 (vide my
despatch X6.148 of the 27th of April 1925) Er.Young
was informed that the Hong Kong Government had
sselded to entrust to him the re-calculation of
pensions sad prospective pensions up to the end of
1924.
